Robert has over 27 years of experience in creating and launching new products into new markets and segments. Having built New Product Development processes from scratch at Philips Lighting to delivering double digit annual profitable growth by introducing "at least one new product per year" as CEO of Airspray N.V., the makers and manufacturers of the foam pumps (ie. Foaming had soap etc.).

Experienced in both Consumer products and B2B in marketing and management roles at Philips( Mgr New Products), Sylvania (Mktg Mgr), Sterling Plumbing and Kohler (V.P, Marketing) . He led Airspray as President and later CEO of the public company to create the US foam market and successfully sold the company at 15xEbit to Rexam in mid 2006. Up to recently Robert led the $1B Personal Care division in Plastic packaging of Rexam (Rexam PLC).

Robert's Innovation skills from Ideation to New Product Development processes have resulted in business successes from unique creative marketing solutions like the development and launch of groundbreaking new products and packaging designs like Double Life Soft White bulbs and Dual Graphics, to the successful creation of a brand new market segment in the U.S. with the introduction of the foam dispensers and related retail products from hand soap to dish foam.

Robert is specialized in helping leaders delivering profitable growth by creating and sustaining Innovation by applying Robert's Rules of Innovation™ (with book scheduled to be published in the fall of 2009). In addition Robert's is an experienced creative marketer and strategic planner in small to large multinational complex organizations.
